Your timesheet appears in the right hand panel of the OneLaw screen
The time records will appear blue if you are on your own timesheet, or yellow if you are on another user's timesheet
If you prefer your timesheet to appear in the 24 hour clock, click File>Options and tick the appropriate box, noting that a restart is required to update this.
To record Time, either highlight a unit and drag downwards until the appropriate amount of units are selected or double click on a time unit - both will bring up the following box
Use the client and matter pickers to navigate to the correct client record (noting that as above in the 24 hour format box, you can default this to the currently viewed client record). The Rate Type, Fee Type and Sub Fee Type will be automatically populated when the client and matter are picked as below
Use the Units box to record the number of units, and select a WIP code from the drop down menu (these are set up under Administration>Manage Codes>Time Codes), add to the File Note if required. The File Note can be managed to the document library by putting a tick in the box. Then 'Save + New', 'Save + Task' or 'Save'
'Save + Task' will open a Task record as below - complete as required, 'Save & Close'
Time records will appear in Green when they are posted, Orange when in attached to a Draft Bill and Yellow when billed. Non-client time will be Red and client non-chargeable time Blue.
