Find Time tracks activity across OneLaw and the Office add-ins and prompts suggestions for your time sheet. This feature can be accessed via the Home tab or on the time sheet.

- This feature also requires a permission, so if you are unable to access Find Time, please contact your System Administrator
Accessing this via the time sheet will provide a list of suggested activities for the current day on your time sheet. Accessing Find Time via the Home tab will require a date to be selected. Dates in the calendar with crosses have no activity recorded, dates without crosses can be selected.
Adding a suggested time record to your time sheet is simple, either by double clicking on the record, right clicking on the record or selecting Add Suggestion. Once either of these have been selected you will be prompted to complete a time record.
Once this time record is completed and Save is selected, this suggested time will become a proper time record in your time sheet.
Removing suggestions can be done so by right-clicking on a suggested record or selecting Discard Suggestion. Once a suggested record has been deleted it will not reappear if Find Time is relaunched.
