Overview
The VXT integration allows your firm to connect OneLaw with VXT - a cloud-based call management platform designed for law firms. Once enabled, VXT can securely read and write data to your OneLaw system through the OneLaw Cloud Public API.
This integration supports smoother client communication by linking your phone system with your practice management data, helping your team manage calls more efficiently.
Who can do this
Only OneLaw users with Administrator access can enable integrations.
Before you start
Ensure your firm has an active VXT account.
Confirm that your OneLaw environment is hosted on the OneLaw Cloud platform.
Steps to enable the VXT Integration

Access System Settings
- From the Administration tab, go to the system settings area and select Integrations.

Enable the OneLaw Cloud Public API
- Locate OneLaw Cloud Public API and click to toggle it on.
This allows authorised applications such as VXT to securely access OneLaw data.

Confirm the change
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm.

Open the VXT Integration details
- In the Authorised Applications table, double-click the VXT integration line.
- In the Authorised Applications table, double-click the VXT integration line.

Allow API access
- Ensure the "Allow application to use OneLaw Cloud API" box is ticked.
- Select Save & Close.
Result:
Your VXT integration is now active within OneLaw.
VXT can securely communicate with your OneLaw environment, allowing call data and client details to be managed seamlessly across both systems.
