Overview
This short video shows you how to set up and use the VXT phone system integration in OneLaw version 4.2.4. The integration allows your firm to connect its VXT phone accounts directly to OneLaw, so that calls, time entries, and file notes are automatically captured and linked to clients and matters.
You’ll see what administrators need to do to enable the integration in OneLaw, what each user must do in VXT to complete their connection, and how call activity is saved back to OneLaw for accurate time recording and document management.
In this video, you will learn
How to enable the VXT integration in OneLaw’s Admin > Integrations area
What each user must do in their VXT app to link their account and verify access
How contacts sync automatically between OneLaw and VXT
How client details (e.g., CDD status or stop-credit warnings) appear inside VXT during calls
How to record, take notes, and save calls to a specific matter
How time entries and file notes are automatically created in OneLaw, including a link back to the VXT recording
