Go to deeds tab under the client. Tick all in the top left tick box, then tick 'Manage multiple selected deeds'
Select 'Packet Transfer' and type in the new packet number
Example old packet number 000007 new packet 0007
After transfer packet 000007 is empty, so automatically closes and packet 00007 is opened
