You will need the permission set to do this
Open client, go to deeds tab
Double click on the deed that is to be deleted and select the grey cog to the top right of the deeds screen (Figure 1)
Then select terminate and put in reason – Ok (Figure 2)

When the deed is terminated it will show in packet as greyed out
It can then be deleted or restored
If the deed has an attachment, the following message will display when Delete is selected - click Yes to continue with deletion
To terminate and delete in bulk, select all deeds in packet and select manage multiple selected deeds
Select terminate
A 'Terminated' packet will show as greyed out
