You can create Stored Narrations through the Administration tab>Manage Codes>Stored Narrations
Use the green plus to add and the red minus to delete, Stored Narrations cannot be edited.
To use a Stored Narration, simply use the F4 key when in any Narration / Reason text box and select the required narration by double clicking or single click to highlight and click 'Insert'.
