Rules
- Billed expenses cannot be edited, deleted or written off unless the bill they are attached to is reversed. Reverse the bill to unlink the expenses, and then they can be edited, deleted, or written off
- If the expense is batched (balance appears in bold), once the bill is reversed, you will need to reverse it
- If the expense is not batched, once the bill is reversed, you can edit, delete or write off
