Disable the Quillio Integration in OneLaw

Overview

You can disable the Quillio integration in OneLaw if your firm no longer requires the connection.

Disabling the integration stops Quillio from receiving OneLaw notifications and removes its access to the OneLaw Cloud Public API. Quillio can no longer sync documents from OneLaw matters or manage documents created in Quillio back to the relevant OneLaw matter.

Disabling the integration does not delete documents that Quillio has already managed back into OneLaw.

Note: This does not close your firm’s Quillio account. If your firm no longer wants to use Quillio, contact Quillio directly to cancel or close your account.

Who can do this

Only OneLaw users with System Administrator access can turn off integrations.

Before you start

Before turning off the Quillio integration, make sure:

  • Your firm no longer needs users to connect Quillio workspaces to OneLaw matters.
  • Any required Quillio document sync or manage back work has been completed.
  • Any users still actively using Quillio have been notified before you proceed.

Steps

  1. Open Integrations
    • In OneLaw, go to the Administration tab on the navigation ribbon.
    • Click Integrations.

  2. Open the Quillio webhook subscription
    • In the Webhook Subscriptions table, double-click the Quillio row.

  3. Remove webhook access
    • Untick Allow webhook subscriptions to receive notifications.
    • Click Save & Close.

  4. Open the Quillio authorised application
    • In the Authorised Applications table, double-click the Quillio Integration row.

  5. Remove API access
    • Untick Allow application to use OneLaw Cloud API.
    • Click Save & Close.

      Result: Quillio can no longer connect to OneLaw through the OneLaw Cloud Public API.

Result

The Quillio integration is now disabled in OneLaw.

Quillio can no longer receive OneLaw webhook notifications or connect to OneLaw through the OneLaw Cloud Public API. Existing documents already managed back into OneLaw remain unchanged.

Note: Do not turn off the OneLaw Cloud Public API unless no other integrations rely on it.
