Overview
You can disable the Realaml integration in OneLaw if your firm no longer wants Realaml to connect to OneLaw.
Disabling the integration stops Realaml from using the OneLaw Cloud Public API to access Party and Matter information, upload verification documents, or post disbursement expenses back to matters.
Disabling the integration does not delete any verification documents or expenses that Realaml has already posted to OneLaw matters.
Note: This does not close your firm’s Realaml account. If your firm no longer wants to use Realaml, contact Realaml directly to cancel or close your account.
Who can do this
Only OneLaw users with System Administrator access can turn off integrations.
