Overview
A 12-minute webinar introducing the ConveyIT ↔ OneLaw integration. It shows how client and matter details created in OneLaw flow automatically into ConveyIT to create and run conveyancing workflows. The session also covers the ConveyIT dashboard, workflow stages, setup and licensing requirements, OneLaw version requirements, and considerations around the document tools available in each system.
Note: Licensing with ConveyIT is arranged directly with the provider. Once your firm is licensed, contact the OneLaw Support team to enable the integration.
In this video, you will learn
- How OneLaw → ConveyIT data sync works when client and matter details are created and saved in OneLaw
- How to start a new ConveyIT workflow by selecting the synced client and matter and adding extra tasks such as a mortgage or agent
- How the ConveyIT dashboard helps track firm-wide matters, responsibilities, due and overdue tasks, conditions, and settlements
- What a ConveyIT workflow looks like, including stages such as Open File, Conditions, Unconditional, and Settlement
- That firms must be on OneLaw 4.2.3 to use the integration
- How updates made in OneLaw, such as address changes, can be pushed through to ConveyIT after the matter is saved
Watch the video below to see the setup in action.
Presented by Emily McDonnell, Marketing & Communications Executive; Jo Cleminson, Support Manager (OneLaw); and Dean Goble, General Manager & Co-Owner (ConveyIT).

Key Takeaways
Once enabled, the integration reduces double entry by pushing client and matter information from OneLaw into ConveyIT when the matter is saved. This helps firms start conveyancing workflows more quickly and use ConveyIT’s dashboard to monitor active matters, upcoming tasks, conditions, and settlements.
Note
How the integration works:
- When a matter of a specific type is created in OneLaw, a corresponding workspace is created in ConveyIT with the same client and matter details.
- Documents generated within ConveyIT workspaces are populated with the relevant client and matter details when the user selects Manage.
Documents are not automatically synchronised between OneLaw and ConveyIT. Instead, the integration is designed to reduce manual data entry, minimise clicks, and maintain consistent matter information across both systems.
