OneLaw is integrated with both APLYiD and GBG (previously Cloudcheck) for eIDV checks.
NOTE: The below behaviour is available only for natural parties in OneLaw. eIDV searches can be started from within the Identity tab for multi-parties when APLYiD is enabled however the rest of the process will occur outside of OneLaw.
To utilise either of these integrations, you will need to contact APLYiD or GBG to arrange licencing their products. Our support team are available to assist in switching on the integration.
After a natural party has been created, navigate to the Identity tab at the party level and select New Verification.
When selecting Send Self-Verification TXT or link, this will send a link to the party for them to complete their verification on their phone and the results will be returned to OneLaw.
The status of the check will be available via the Identity tab and when completed the requesting party will receive an email notification and the following will show in the Identity tab (results may vary depending on the result of the check).
Updating the party record and downloading the report and images is easy. Select Download to start the process which includes the options as shown below.
Once all details have been updated the Identity tab will include a completed Identity Record and managed documents including the provider’s report and images of the ID document.
